Harvard appointed by Sky IQ

We're delighted to confirm that we've been appointed by Sky IQ.

Sky IQ is a fascinating company. It's the customer intelligence division within BSkyB and it uses customer insight and understanding to help Sky deliver the best products and services to its 10 million+ customers in the UK and Ireland. But it doesn't just work for Sky - it also provides insight, intelligence and data analysis services to a wide range of brands, including Molson Coors, Northern Rock and Ladbrokes.

Our brief is to raise awareness of what Sky IQ can do amongst senior marketing audiences, specifically at chief marketing officer level, and particularly to educate CMOs about the value created by Sky IQ for a wide range of customers.

Anyone who's followed the marketing sector in the last couple of years will have seen and heard lots of talk about data. One of the reasons why this is such an interesting brief is that Sky IQ is at the forefront of analysing and understanding this kind of information and producing business-changing insights out of it.

We're particularly delighted by this win because it expands our work for BSkyB, which already includes ongoing retained relationships with Sky Broadband and Sky Talk and its WiFi provider, The Cloud.

We've kicked off work with Sky IQ already and it's an account we're really looking forward to getting our teeth into.
