You are the lynchpin that ensures the smooth running of client work and campaigns, by noting clients’ needs and joining the dots between internal teams. Across the agency, you are our go to expert on the latest social and digital trends, and everyday creativity.

What you do

For our clients…

  • Drive the day to day rhythm of work across your accounts
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects
  • Liaising with clients, providing consultancy and developing strong relationships
  • Supporting client admin: writing contact reports, drafting timing plans, campaign reporting
  • Driving our client’s social media accounts by drafting calendars and maximising proactive engagement opportunities
  • Drafting internal task briefs and overseeing internal resource to produce best-in-class outputs
  • Managing third party partners, such as research companies, animators or translation services

For our team…

  • Brief the studio and internal resource to produce best-in-class outputs, ensuring that everyone has what they need
  • Participate in new business brainstorms, taking an active role in supporting with research and insight
  • Support our own digital / social presence, for example by sharing content or writing a blog on a marketing-related subject that interests you
  • Work as a team player in the agency and identify opportunities for creative and planning to be involved wherever needed
