Marketing Services Account Manager

About the role

Reporting into one of our directors, sitting at the beating heart of our client account team within the Marketing division. You’ll be a driving force to help us produce best-in-class strategic and creative work for our clients. One of our go to experts for the latest social and digital trends as well as demonstrating everyday creativity within the agency.

The day to day will be:

With a focus on project management, you will ensure that every team member is on track with deliverables and your clients are kept up to speed throughout the process. You will be developing strategies for your client’s social media accounts as well as overseeing drafting of calendars and maximising proactive engagement opportunities. You will also be a key player in integrated projects, spanning sales enablement, advocacy, virtual events, and video and podcast production. You will be a keen team member helping to demonstrate best practice and guiding the junior members of the team.
