We’re famous for understanding our clients' audiences and how to engage with them in the right places, time after time. We’re experts at it. It's our brilliant people who provide this expertise and they're why we’re an award-winning agency.
Planners, creatives, designers, community managers, art workers, copywriters, PR gurus and everyone in between… If you like what you see, have a genuine passion for tech and the ambition to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
We couldn’t do anything without having brilliant people at every level. We are a 50-strong team and our biggest priority is keeping every single person as motivated, engaged and happy as we can.
Our people-first programme focuses on three areas:
ENABLE: Whether through our individualised training programmes or our approach to clients, we ensure all Harvardians have the tools they need to succeed.
ENGAGE: We spend a lot of time finding out how we can make life at Harvard even better. Our people survey and role-specific forums regularly take the pulse of the company and they’re why 100% of our people say they are proud to work here.
ENERGISE: From our annual jaunt to a foreign shore, to free fruit and Friday breakfasts, we understand that great results come from happy, well-fuelled people.
It’s a fast-paced agency, so no two days are ever the same, but this has really pushed me and developed my skills. We work hard but there’s plenty of laughs too. There’s a fantastic social side with different events each month. We’ve had movie nights and curries, laser tag battles and bowling and who could forget The Harvard Bake Off!Amy McRitchie
